Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator 

Location: Onsite - Napa, California 

Hourly Rate: $20 - $22 per hour (Based on Experience) 
Employment Type: Full-Time, Normal Shift – 6am to 2:30pm – FLEXIBILITY IS REQUIRED TO COVER ABSENCE - VACATION

Join Our Team as a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator! 

Are you highly organized with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to support the operation of our high-quality label printing press. In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate the movement of materials, supplies, and finished products in and out of the warehouse, helping to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. 

Responsibilities: 

• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and verify that they match purchase orders and packing lists. 

• Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications. 

• Utilize the ERP system to maintain accurate records of all shipments, receipts, and inventory levels. 

• Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to schedule deliveries and shipments. 

• Follow safety protocols and best practices to maintain an organized and safe working environment. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Bring: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment. 

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and inventory management. 

Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications: 

• Organizational Skills - Strong ability to prioritize work and maintain accurate records. 

• Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy in verifying shipments and inventory. 

• Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

• Problem-Solving Skills - Troubleshoot issues with shipments and resolve discrepancies. 

• Technical Proficiency - Experience with inventory management systems (IMS) and shipping software. 

• Time Management – Handle multiple tasks efficiently under production deadlines. 

Physical Requirements: 

This role requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods (up to 50% of the shift), lift up to 40 lbs, walk, carry, reach, and kneel as needed throughout production.
